PS Quaestio PRO is a software solution designed to handle data collection tasks, from questionnaire design and actual implementation to data processing, analysis and result reporting.
The tool utilizes the IBM SPSS product portfolio for data management - IBM SPSS Data Collection for data gathering and PS Imago PRO with IBM SPSS Statistics for data analysis and reporting.
Data collection
The foundation of the data collection system is the original IBM SPSS Data Collection software, which supports all phases and forms of data gathering. You can utilize various techniques - CAWI, CATI, CAPI, or PAPI - encompassing data collection via web, telephone, computer, mobile devices, or paper questionnaires.
Although you can combine different collection methods within a project, the data is stored in a unified format in a central data repository and is immediately accessible for further processing.
Standard question types in the questionnaire can be enhanced with HTML functionalities, such as answers via image selection or drag-and-drop, scale sliders, or calendar date pickers.
The software also allows for the preparation of questionnaires in multiple languages and the sending of survey invitations via an email client.
To ensure the protection of personal or sensitive data and compliance with GDPR regulations, the system allows for individual data access settings and data encryption.
Data analysis and reporting
Data analysis is provided by the PS IMAGO component, based on the user-friendly analytical tool IBM SPSS Statistics. Its functionality is enhanced by a wide range of procedures, charts, and tools for automation and output sharing.
You have access to a vast selection of analytical methods that go beyond basic analysis, including a broad array of tests, measures of association, and techniques for classification, segmentation, and prediction. Results can then be presented as charts, tables, or maps.
